Don't want to sound like a prude, but this is my home lol

This is a no-smoking condo!

There is a rule-breaking fee of $250 additional charge if you smoke. So to avoid any confusion if smoking something you must do please just book a different location no offense.

Unfortunately no matter how much I say that someone books and smokes anyway lol

NO PARTIES... MY BUILDING IS GETTING STRICT SO ANY PARTIES WILL BE EVICTED BY ME OR THE PO PO WITH NO REFUND.


Also my condominium building like most condominiums frown upon short term rentals.

So being discreet during your stay is appreciated.


So if you want to party unfortunately you will have to book somewhere else.

Also, no glitter, as glitter is almost impossible to get off of leather.

Hookah is allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO CIGARETTE SMOKE! $500 fine for cigarette smoke. Just go outside, please.

Also, please don't bring any speakers or sound devices. I have an Alexa in the unit for music or you can stream music from the tv. Alexa has a volume meter 1 through 10

Key fab will be left inside of the unit for you to buzz in and out of the building.

Losing the key fab is a $150 dollar replacement fee.

As far as cleanliness.

Every guest will be presented with fresh linen.

And clean towels.

Any destroyed towels will result in a 10 dollar charge per towel.

If you have makeup, please use makeup wipes.
(Walgreens is directly across the street.)

Don't put anything in the toilet beside tissue. NO NAPKINS OR CONTRACEPTIVES (Toilets are old they can get stopped up easy)
